**Job Summary** 1. This position will be involved in designing and configuring of engineered-to-order “customer special” products; design of pneumatic, hydraulic, and gas/hydraulic control systems for new applications; design of mounting kits and adapters that integrate actuators with valves control system; and technical qualification support for new vendors and processes as needed. 2. Work will be done in 3D CAD environment and includes creating new or modifying existing controls(schematics/ wirings/ General Assembly drawings i.e.) 3. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks **In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:** • Main Responsibilities 1. Design and configure of engineered-to-order “customer special” products. 2. Design pneumatic and/or hydraulic control systems to operate the actuator. 3. Operate and effectively utilize 3-D computer aided design (CAD) systems, analysis tools, and a data management network for design and documentation generation and control. 4. Conduct stress analysis of material and components. 5. Assign manufacturing and purchased components to complete required bill of materials. 6. Produce detailed mechanical drawings per ANSI Y14.5 standard 7. Process engineering change requests/notices. 8. Identify and implement product cost reduction ideas. 9. Follow relevant Actuation Technologies standards pertaining to documentation control, revision, design methods, materials and analysis. 10. Interpret and apply geometric positioning and tolerancing standards to complex assemblies in accordance with Actuation Technologies drafting and design standards. 11. Interact and communicate effectively with the global Design Engineering and Manufacturing organizations as required **Who You Are:** You shall be self-motivated with understanding of engineering principles and their applications. you are encouraged to be creativity with solid nanlytical skills. you are an effective communicator with cross functions with good interpersonal skills. You shall be self-development with guidance from your supervisor. **For This Role, You Will Need:** 1. BS degree in Mechanical, Automation, or Process Equipment & Control is required. 2. 3 years design experience in mechanical, process control industry, or similar backgrounds. 3. A motivated self-starter with an understanding of design engineering fundamentals and their application. 4. Creative ability required with solid analytical skills. 5. Individual must possess effective communication and good interpersonal skills. 6. 3D CAD experience/knowledge required 7. Familiar with Microsoft Office applications – MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook. Previous usage of MS PowerPoint and MS Project a plus. 8. Proficiency in written technical English is required. **Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:** 1. Design experience in valves, process control industry, or similar backgrounds desired. 2. Previous experience with Solid Edge and Oracle is highly desirable. 3. General knowledge of metal fabrication techniques is a plus. 4.
