Main Tasks

• Work with customer and sales/production for Spec, Control Limit setup and Quality Requirement review.
• Coordinate customer quality issue review within company, issue 8D report for trouble shooting.
• Continuously follow up corrective action implementation status to drive quality issue solved timely.
• Follow up nonconformity goods disposition.
• Assist to product manager to implement quality improvement project, align quality standard and best practices with other sites.
• Responsible for annual Customer Satisfactory Survey.
• Handling SPC abnormal issue occurred at customer site. Provide process OOC investigation report to customer by request.
• ECR/ECN key user. Maintain internal process change system, register and review ECR/ECN issue/closure. Issue PCN to sales team for customer approval.
• As NCM coordinator in system, assign the investigator and follow up NCM till its closed in time.
• Conducting tasks delegated by the company’s EHS team.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor degree or above
• Working Experience: 2+ years working experience in quality management.
