Main Responsibilities: (หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ)

Programs SDT functional and monitoring in Prodash to ensure engineering deliverables for PLUS gate closed sure EQM, DFMEA, PKR and CSO.Communicate with customer according to EO/specification change.Coordinate with related according to trim engineering data change and release.Trim engineering change presentation for products change management meeting.Lead in problem solving.Empower in non-conforming part to prevent reaching from the customer.Ensure product development align with Adient’s standard and follow BBP, CPP, DFAM and DKD.Assist in customer master seat for pattern review and approval and AAR.Coordinate and works align with trim Trim designer, STS Engineer and 2D CAD to ensure trim engineering data release for production with proper quality and correctly.Lead team and provide technical in problem solving and improve trim cover product to eliminate the issue concern to trim cover design.Coordinate Trim expertise, SAB’s SMTE, Trim’s SMTE, Material’s SMTE.Ensure trim cover product design is aligned with regulations.Others assignment from supervisor.

Trim engineering standard and specification champion.

Has the authority to prevent non-conforming trim cover product from reaching the customer.

Communicating often in safety: safety talk, finding status, feedback and keep update.Voluntary to join Safety meeting and immediate action once safety issue present in workplace.All Adient’s risk assessment, PEIL, environmental aspect up to date for routine, on routine.Involve & engage in Safety Activity and initiative:  AMS, Safety week, 5S, HSE training, wear proper PPE.

Qualification (Education, Skills and Experiences)

Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or related field.Minimum 5 years experienced in product development and launch program for automotive part, Seat trim cover is preferred.Experienced in product design development and validation. Understand DVPR FMEA, DFAM and EBOM.Able in 2&3D CAD software.Excellent skill in Computer Microsoft office.Excellent in English speaking, writing, and listening.
