About the Role

This role is responsible for supporting the resolution of machine issues in speaker production main lines or cells, tracking the performance of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks for review and updates, implementing continuous improvements to enhance the automation and flexibility of manufacturing equipment, and managing spare parts.

Another role in the position is Responsible for plant facilities technical operation including facility planning. operations and maintenance, energy saving, project management.

What You Will Do

· Effectively implement a preventative and predictive maintenance plan and update the tasks according to the machine’s performance.

· Meet KPI targets, such as machines downtime rate, MTTR and MTBF, tec.

· Support for new model introduction to meet project schedule.

· Carry out CIP activities and support to optimize equipment automation and flexibility.

· Involve in machine installation, debugging and commission sign of new machine, new cell and new line.

· Spare parts management, such as defining the classification, safety stock quantity, max. stock quantity and spare parts regular checking.

· Plant facilities, including Responsible for facility improvement planning and construction.

· Train and direct the teams to run the facility and unitalities system well, such as buildings, HAVC, air compressors, fire extinguish system, water system and elevators etc.; Improve maintenance procedures and programs to maintain compliance with regulatory codes and budgetary requirements, and to sustain safe, reliable and efficient operation of facility and utilities system; Establish effective service contracts/agreement with vendors to ensure maximum utilities equipment uptime; Take care of energy management; Align with EHS requirements and ensure safe and quality service of all buildings; Design and monitor the facility project implement well.

What You Need to Be Successful

· 3+ years’ experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance background.

· Bachelor’s degree or above education background.

· Solid knowledge on machine preventative & predictive maintenance and machine CIP.

· Be good at PLC programing and troubleshooting.

· Basic MS skills, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

· Good communication skills and team player.

Bonus Points if You Have

· Experience for working in a multi-culture environment.

· Machines design or development experience.

· Be Familiar with assembly production line and machines. (electrical and pneumatic control system)

· Knowledge or experience for the application of Robot, camera vision system, servo driving system, VFD controller and device net filed bus.
