**About the Role** As part of our Quality and Compliance team, you will play a key role in monitoring quality, regulatory, and operational aspects between the company and third-party manufacturers. This includes managing vendor relationships, resolving technical and scheduling issues, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements. You will serve as a liaison between the company and contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and supporting the release of high-quality products that meet customer expectations. **Key Responsibilities** + Conduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing processes. + Review manufacturing practices for compliance with company standards. + Support contract supplier operations, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, and schedule conflicts. + Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet quality standards. + Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments. + Coordinate the development and maintenance of contractor documentation. + Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations. **What We’re Looking For** **Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field. + Equivalent experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree. + One year of related experience preferred. + Strong written and verbal communication skills. **Skills & Knowledge** + Good understanding of a specialized area within supply chain or manufacturing. + Ability to apply professional principles and standardized procedures. + Capable of determining appropriate actions based on established guidelines. **Problem Solving & Decision Making** + Able to resolve routine issues through fact-finding and basic analysis. + Applies previous experience and defined procedures to select appropriate solutions. + Occasionally required to use judgment in new or ambiguous situations. **Communication & Collaboration** + Communicates technical and non-technical information clearly to colleagues, supervisors, and customers. + May interpret or clarify technical information for better understanding. + Works with audiences familiar with the subject matter. **Impact & Accountability** + Contributes to short-term team performance through individual efforts. + Plans and monitors own work to meet goals. + Accountable for meeting personal targets that support team objectives. + Work is reviewed periodically and contributes to broader team success.
