Principal Accountabilities

As part of the Sourcing Development team, you will be responsible for managing quality, compliance, and regulatory aspects between the company and third-party manufacturers. This includes:

Monitoring vendor relationships, technical issues, production schedules, and quality standards.Acting as a liaison to ensure all products are manufactured in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).Supporting vendor selection, evaluation, and onboarding processes.Conducting site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and ensure compliance.Coordinating documentation development for contractor manuals.Responding to cost and feasibility requests and obtaining vendor quotations.

Key ResponsibilitiesSupport contract supplier operations, including resolving technical issues, managing quotations, and addressing schedule or quality conflicts.Ensure contractors meet company quality standards by providing necessary information and guidance.Identify and evaluate potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments.

Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
Equivalent experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.Minimum 2 year of relevant experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Good knowledge of supply chain or manufacturing practices, with the ability to apply standardized procedures and guidelines.
