About the Role

As part of our Quality and Compliance team, you will play a key role in monitoring quality, regulatory, and operational aspects between the company and third-party manufacturers. This includes managing vendor relationships, resolving technical and scheduling issues, and ensuring all products meet our quality standards and regulatory requirements.

You will serve as a liaison between the company and contract manufacturers, ensuring adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and supporting the release of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits to contract manufacturing facilities to observe production and testing processes.Review manufacturing practices for compliance with company standards.Support contract supplier operations, including technical issues, quotations, vendor selection and evaluation, and schedule conflicts.Provide contractors with the necessary information to meet quality standards.Assist in identifying and evaluating potential new contractors, including financial stability assessments.Coordinate the development and maintenance of contractor documentation.Respond to cost and feasibility requests and obtain vendor quotations.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or a related field.Equivalent experience in a similar industry may be considered in lieu of a degree.One year of related experience preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Skills & Knowledge

Good understanding of a specialized area within supply chain or manufacturing.Ability to apply professional principles and standardized procedures.Capable of determining appropriate actions based on established guidelines.
