As a Commercialization Engineer for Equipment and Packs, you will be responsible for bringing VF-owned brand designs to life by engineering products for efficient manufacturability, cost-effectiveness, and high performance. Based in one of VF’s key manufacturing regions and embedded within strategic vendor partnerships, you will serve as a critical liaison between sourcing development and sourcing operations, ensuring product intent is maintained while meeting commercial and operational requirements.
You will work hands-on with factory and sourcing development teams, ensuring that best practices in commercialization are applied early in the product development cycle. You will partner with vendors to ensure product readiness for handoff to VF production teams, maintaining VF’s high standards of quality, functionality, and durability.
