Development, maintenance and support of installations and works, through studies of a technical, economic and productive nature; B. Development, maintenance and assistance of facilities in general, informing technical standards and guaranteeing quality; C. Development and assistance of compressed air systems; gas, fuel, vehicles and oil D. Development and assistance and maintenance of air conditioning, ventilation, refrigeration and water installation; E. Development of feasibility studies for new installation projects; and technical standards. F. Technical support for teams to change layout; and new installations G. Participation and responsibility in the MESH Program, supporting the categories under its responsibility H. Contribute to the reduction of costs through the rationalization and / or recovery and use of materials; and water and energy resources. I. Contribute to the development of the environmental program through the implementation of projects of works within the legal parameters; J. Evaluation and sizing of equipment, handling / storage and technical standards. K. Planning of execution and control of legal requirements and programs under its responsibility. L. Management of the implementation of activities and contracts of third parties under its responsibility. M. Management of Budget, Capex and Profit Plan, activities and projects under its responsibility **Qualifications:** **Education and Skills required to meet position qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in a civil engineering discipline. • Relevant experience in Maintenance and Facilities area. • **Active registration with CREA is required for this position.** **•** A Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software and AutoCAD design software is essential. • Must possess appropriate project management skills to take the lead role on typical projects. • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Must be a strong team player that enjoys a fast-paced environment. **Preferred/Additional Specialized Knowledge (not required to be qualified for position):** • Intermediate English \#LI-RS6
