We-re seeking a friendly, service-driven professional to join our Moose Lake team as an Engagement Specialist (Teller). In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our members-processing financial transactions, opening essential accounts, and providing personalized guidance to support each member-s unique financial journey. Your ability to build strong, trusting relationships is key to delivering an outstanding experience. A successful Engagement Specialist educates members on our full range of credit union products and services, ensuring every interaction is informative, efficient, and centered on the members- needs.

Key Responsibilities
+ Provide a high level of service to all credit union members.
+ Identify members- financial needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
+ Execute accurate financial transactions.
+ Perform day-to-day, in-branch, operational duties.
+ Cash handling.
+ Leverage MCCU resources to remain current with credit union policies, procedures, products and services.
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ Minimum of two years of experience in a customer-focused role.
+ Cash handling experience.
+ Intermediate to advanced user level experience with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
+ The ability to effectively and professionally communicate, both verbally and in writing, to individuals with varying degrees of financial knowledge.
+ Comfortable with continuous interactions with the public throughout the workday.
+ Experience in, and comfortable with, deescalating issues with upset members.
Schedule
+ Schedule will vary, Monday - Friday 8:15 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. and Saturdays 9:00 a.m. -12:00 p.m.
Wage & Hour Details
+ Full-time, 37-40 hours per week
+ Pay is hourly
+ Starting pay range: $18-$19/hr, pay commensurate with experience
