**Your New Role…**
The CrewHQ operation in Burbank is modeled after the success of CrewHQ London, which has become a trusted community-facing space that drives local workforce development, training access, and internal awareness around careers in production. With an initial robust calendar of monthly events and activations planned, we require dedicated staffing support to coordinate logistics, manage partner communication, and ensure delivery across four key audiences:
+ Workforce Development Programs (e.g., Hollywood CPR) and Job Centers (e.g., Verdugo Job Center) across the state of California, with an initial emphasis on the Burbank community
+ Trade Schools, and CTE focused Educators in the public school and community college system
+ Internal Warner Bros. Employees – vital to CrewHQ’s visibility, future mentoring opportunities, as well as cross-training to expand opportunities for WB employees.
+ The public and civic leaders – to ensure dissemination of our programs and build awareness of WB workforce development commitment and efforts
**Your Role Accountabilities…**
+ Meeting with senior leadership teams to assist in development of implementation plans based on strategic directions and available resources, this would include communication with external partners, educators, and WB stakeholders
+ Conduct research on relevant workforce development programming across the industry, inclusive of community organizations, secondary education, higher educations, etc.
+ Producing events, engagements, and trainings for video library, distribution to external educators, and PR purposes, inclusive of Support development of materials, signage, and digital content.
+ Program/ Engagement coordination and post-program follow-up/reporting, inclusive of but not limited to: Event logistics and scheduling for monthly engagements and other skills programming, Managing volunteer and panelist participation from WB employees.
+ Tracking participant feedback and outcomes to assess effectiveness, and track engagement data and community feedback to inform CrewHQ growth.
+ Establishing smooth flow of communication with marketing, comms and PR teams to ensure wide exposure for the programming and activities.
**Qualifications & Experience…**
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Successfully managed client relationships on a day-to-day basis
+ Accustomed to working in an organized, detail oriented and methodical fashion
+ Ability to work a flexible schedule and travel as required
+ Must be able to lift 50 lbs
+ California Driver’s License

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $63,630.00 - $118,170.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
