Engagement Services Director

Our consultants are passionate about developing creative strategies to solve problems, shift perceptions and drive employee behaviors for our clients.

You will continue to apply your effective communication, change management and consulting skills. You will manage relationships and lead communication projects for select clients. You are a skilled writer, editor and communication strategist who confidently guides your internal team of content developers, designers, project managers and technical experts.

Most importantly, you will be a role model to others, you will serve as a mentor for other client leaders and serve as a valued resource. You will help other client leaders develop and hone their skills to achieve our business goals. You also will contribute to business development initiatives and practice growth.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and executing on practice intitatives.Helping team members to grow client relationships and navigate Alight solutions to expand client revenue opportunities.Planning the development of effective multi-media communication and change management campaigns that inspire consumers to take actionCultivating creative solutions relevant to HR related business problems.Serving and expanding large, complex client projects and relationshipsStaying current with communication trends and demonstrating fluency with delivery channels.Consulting with select clients at the senior HR levelCreating and nurturing strong client relationships, becoming their trusted partner and influential advisor on communication and Consumer Experience issuesAnticipating client needs through the study of industry trends and the business environment and addressing them with the savvy application of human insight, creative strategy and friendly technologyHelping to build cohesive, high-impact teams, leveraging colleague skills and talentsMentoring and coaching junior consultantsExtending and expanding work with existing or new clientsIdentifying and pursuing business development opportunitiesCreating proposals and advancing sales initiatives

Required skills, experience and technical knowledge:

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating creativity as well as HR/benefits expertiseMinimum of ten (10) years of relevant work experience, which must include professional communication experience, deep benefits expertise and consulting experience.Experience in creating, implementing and delivering on complex, multimedia communication campaignsDemonstrated ability to write and guide others to write compelling communication materials for a variety of audiences and mediaComfortable with engaging with and presenting to clientsAble to assimilate source materials, input from subject matter experts and other relevant documentation to create strategic recommendations and contentAble to understand role on project/team, while going beyond to add valueAble to collaborate efficiently and effectively with clients and internal partners, including benefits administration, technology, content development, project management and design to support growth and renewal strategies and deliver with excellence.Accountable for assignments/projects to ensure they’re delivered on time and with excellence and profitabilityDemonstrated experience in coaching, leading and/or managing peopleAble to partner with subject matter experts from other lines of businessCan learn and apply new technologiesSoftware fluency, including the Microsoft 365, Adobe Acrobat, project and work management toolsExcellent organizational and project management skillsDemonstrated presentation, business development and selling skillsFlexibility to travel (up to 15%)

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in related discipline.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

148,500.00 USD

Maximum :

181,500.00 USD
