This role is pivotal in ensuring our team's voices are heard and that engagement is woven into the fabric of everything we do. As a trusted advisor, you will collaborate with various teams and collaborators to successfully implement world-class engagement initiatives. This is an individual contributor role.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Develop and implement strategies and programs that improve the employee experience from onboarding to offboarding across multiple projects.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address systemic barriers to employee engagement, ensuring flawless execution of assigned programs.
+ Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to gather feedback and propose new or improved engagement programs that impact all Chewy Team Members.
+ Provide mentoring to leaders on encouraging engagement and crafting positive team dynamics.
+ Strengthen HRBPs' expertise in standard processes, tools, and methodologies to elevate organizational and team performance.
+ Craft and develop resources and training materials to empower HRBPs and managers in improving organizational performance.
+ Coordinate the engagement solutions portal, acting as an engagement SME to advise HRBPs and leaders.
+ Manage various short-term programs and projects, including monthly programming, seasonal initiatives, incentive strategies, and engagement communication strategies.
+ Stay informed about industry trends and standard methodologies in employee engagement, incorporating relevant insights into our strategies.
**Portal Development and Implementation:**
+ Lead the design and development of the consultative intake solutions portal and other vendor gifting portals, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
+ Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors for portal implementation, coordinating the process from start to finish.
+ Conduct detailed testing and quality assurance to ensure the portal functions effectively from a UX standpoint.
**Process Optimization:**
+ Continuously evaluate and refine the consultative intake process to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and client happiness.
+ Identify bottlenecks within the intake process and develop strategies to address them.
+ Implement standard methodologies to streamline workflows and improve the overall client experience.
**Collaborator Collaboration:**
+ Collaborate closely with internal collaborators, including HRIT partners, HRBP, and CS leaders, to understand needs, gather feedback, and incorporate insights into the portal's design.
+ Ensure portal delivery and performance meet customer requirements and align with business objectives and leadership vision.
**Training and Support:**
+ Develop training materials and conduct sessions to educate internal teams on using the consultative intake solutions portal effectively.
+ Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
**Performance Monitoring and Reporting:**
+ Develop important metrics to measure the success of the consultative intake solutions portal.
+ Monitor portal usage, user feedback, and relevant data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
+ Share regular insights and trends with collaborators through weekly and monthly reports.
