**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Engagement Portfolio Lead with 17 to 21 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Delivery Management and Portfolio & Project Management (PPM). This role involves overseeing multiple projects ensuring timely delivery and aligning them with the companys strategic goals. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the planning and execution of multiple projects within the portfolio to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
+ Oversee the delivery management process to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
+ Provide strategic direction and guidance to project managers to ensure successful project outcomes.
+ Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed to achieve desired results.
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives scope and deliverables.
+ Ensure effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
+ Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk management plans.
+ Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery.
+ Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to senior management.
+ Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in project execution.
+ Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and practices.
+ Provide mentorship and support to project managers and team members.
+ Utilize portfolio and project management tools to track and report on project progress.
+ Foster a culture of accountability and excellence within the project teams.
+ Ensure that project outcomes align with the companys strategic objectives and contribute to its overall success.
**Qualifications**
+ Possess a strong background in Delivery Management with proven experience in managing complex projects.
+ Demonstrate expertise in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) with a track record of successful project delivery.
+ Exhibit excellent leadership and team management skills.
+ Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Display proficiency in project management tools and software.
+ Hold a relevant certification such as PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent.
**Certifications Required**
PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
