**Job Overview** Works directly with clients to provide value-added input, to develop business opportunities that will lead to additional engagements and to deliver projects built around strategic issues. Has responsibility for ensuring delivery of high levels of client satisfaction. Typically works within a specific CoE area but may have responsibility across multiple expertise areas and/or clients. **Essential Functions** • Carry out HEOR business areas (e.g. database studies, longitudinal retrospective studies using internal or external big data, longitudinal prospective observational studies, cross-sectional survey of patients, healthcare providers, or payers, patient-reported outcome report, etc.) • Serve as the primary owner of client engagements with ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high-quality, value-added outcomes. • Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets by developing and delivering insightful solutions that address complex client issues. • Drive significant and tangible client impact from all engagements. • Identify and pursue new revenue opportunities with existing and potential clients to ensure a continuous business pipeline. • Lead proposal development to ensure actionable, on-target and timely submissions. • Manage client interfaces and ensure efficient and effective project delivery by the project team. • Act as a consultative, solutions-based expert both internally and externally. • Identify key industry/client issues and collaborate with CoE or Geographic Leaders to develop commercial offerings. • Contribute to the enhanced awareness of IQVIA in the market place, e.g. through speaking engagements, client meetings, publications etc. • Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences and symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. • Mentor and coach team members, sharing expertise to elevate overall team capabilities. • Develop and deliver insightful, value-added strategies that address complex client issues. • Create and elevate new business opportunities through the identification of value-added follow-on work and identify new revenue opportunities with existing and new client organizations. • Manage multiple consulting projects of varying complexity, ensure on-time and on-budget delivery for clients in the pharmaceutical or related industries. • Act as principal owner of client engagements and ongoing relationships; ultimate responsibility for client satisfaction and delivering high levels of quality/added value through all steps of an engagement. • Serve as a senior advisor, providing strategic direction and intellectual leadership to clients and internal teams. • Lead thought leadership and be a spokesman for the beforementioned area; internal and through speaking engagements, client meetings, and publications. **Qualifications** • 8-12 years of experience in outcomes research using claims/EMR data and/or real-world evidence generation projects • Master’s degree or higher in Statistics or Epidemiology, with at least one research publication or project using RWD. • Understanding of Korea healthcare system including dynamics of the pharmaceutical industry. • In depth and long standing relationships with client companies, especially at a senior level. • Requires deep expertise in at least one CoE area along with knowledge of all other practices. • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals. • Business Development skills and sales experience; superb and confident external communicator. • Sound expertise in client delivery, project management and leadership. • Excellent communication skills both Korean and English (written and verbal). **[추천 컨텐츠]** 1.What does it mean to be IQVIAN?
