The Role

The Engagement Lead will be the custodian of the customer vision, driving Customer Success through close client relationships and knowledge of their points. Your role involves leading a team to deliver value in asset management, digitalization, and decarbonization, while actively seeking opportunities for business growth. You’ll guide project execution, develop recommendations, and ensure positive, sustainable results through collaboration and strong leadership.

The successful candidate will join an assembly of global talent that is shaping successful digital and strategic transformation in a practical, tangible way. We are looking for individuals who would get a kick out of working closely with clients and our best global business, who are digital and domain experts, possess outstanding stakeholder engagement and change management skills, and hold and nourish muti-tiered client relationships.
