**Job Summary**
As an Engagement Delivery Lead you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of projects within the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) domain. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time within scope and within budget. Your expertise in PPM along with your experience in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments will be crucial in driving project success and achieving business objectives.
**Responsibilities**
+ Lead the planning execution and delivery of projects within the Portfolio & Project Management (PPM) domain
+ Oversee project timelines budgets and resources to ensure successful project completion
+ Provide guidance and support to project teams ensuring alignment with business objectives
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope goals and deliverables
+ Monitor project progress and performance identifying and addressing any issues or risks
+ Ensure effective communication and coordination between project teams and stakeholders
+ Implement best practices and methodologies for project management to drive efficiency and quality
+ Conduct regular project reviews and provide status updates to senior management
+ Facilitate decision-making processes and resolve conflicts within project teams
+ Ensure compliance with company policies procedures and standards
+ Utilize your expertise in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments to enhance project outcomes
+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes
+ Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment promoting teamwork and innovation
**Qualifications**
+ Possess a minimum of 14 years of experience in Portfolio & Project Management (PPM)
+ Have a strong background in Investment Banking Operations and Cards & Payments
+ Demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills
+ Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
+ Show proficiency in project management tools and software
+ Hold a relevant certification in project management such as PMP or PRINCE2
+ Display a proven track record of successful project delivery within the PPM domain
+ Have experience working in a hybrid work model
+ Demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
+ Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
+ Possess strong organizational and time management skills
+ Exhibit a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
+ Have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Certifications Required**
PMP or PRINCE2 certification is required.
