How Will You Make An Impact?
We are seeking a passionate and forward-thinking Regional Engagement & Culture Manager to lead initiatives that enhance organizational health and foster a culture of engagement and inclusion across our manufacturing sites. This role will champion our strategy, collaborate with site leadership to drive execution of engagement action plans, and ensure regional alignment with best practices in cultural development.
Location:
This role will be based on-site at a major facility within the region. Travel will be required to various facilities within the region as well, as needed (roughly 25-50% of the time).
What Will You Do?
Operates as an extension of the HR Leadership Team in region
Assess and interpret organizational health indicators across sites using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., Employee Opinion Survey, turnover trends, pulse checks)
Partner with Operations and Site HR teams to define and implement high-impact engagement strategies tailored to local site needs
Develop and maintain a consistent regional framework for engagement programs, recognition, and cultural initiatives that aligns with business priorities
Drive employee engagement efforts, including understanding what motivates our people in region
Facilitate adoption of best practices; ensure consistency across sites and alignment to enterprise programs
Lead post-survey planning, execution, and communications to strengthen accountability and cultural improvement
Actively support and participate in regional HR initiatives and activities where required
Support communication and change management efforts related to leadership transitions, org design, or enterprise initiatives
Supervise and coach team member(s) with managing regional communications, logistics, and program documentation
Develop strong relationships and work closely with the business leaders and Site HR teams in the region for timely, relevant and value added delivery of HR programs
Raise region-level concerns to the Human Resource Leadership Team for visibility
Track key HR indicators across the region and recommend corrective actions when trending the wrong way
How Will You Get Here?
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, or related field.
12+ years of experience in HR, culture & engagement roles—preferably in multi-site or manufacturing environments, or 8+ years' experience with a Master's degree.
2+ years of supervisory experience.
Or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and/or training.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate across functions and leadership levels.
Experience designing and executing engagement strategies, surveys, and culture programs.
Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.
Strong data analysis and storytelling capabilities to guide strategic decisions.
Proven track record in refining and improving HR policies, processes and systems.
Proven experience in managing HR in a large, multi-national manufacturing services environment.
A seasoned professional with strong functional expertise.
A strategic mindset with the heart of a culture builder.
Confidence in navigating diverse workplace environments and driving alignment.
Good command of English (read, write and speak).
Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) and e-mail skills required.
