All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : Days **Location:** 601 East Rollins Street Orlando, FL 32803 **The community you'll be caring for:** AdventHealth Orlando **The role you'll contribute:** The Engagement, Culture & Wellness Partner takes a lead in serving as lead project manager for various projects. This role supports the strategy and activation of consistent engagement, recognition and wellness opportunities for team members from an organizational and departmental perspective. Specific initiatives include, but are not limited to: Service Awards, Service Standards Recognition, Recognition, YourVoice Leader Effectiveness and external award nominations. In this role, the Team Engagement Partner works collaboratively across multiple departments to ensure the engagement strategies are fully communicated, implemented and tracked. Examples include, but are not limited to: Town Halls, Service Awards, and YourVoice Engagement Survey, and more. This role partners with team members at AdventHealth and other partners (vendors) to positively impact the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual health and energy of our employees and actively participates in outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all. **The value you'll bring to the team:** + Collects feedback from HRBPs, leadership, and team members on all experiences to understand what worked well and what can be enhanced for future events. + Analyzes results from team member surveys and outline ways to take action. Survey examples include: YourVoice Engagement Survey, 45/90 Day Onboarding, Exit Survey. + Implements strategies to ensure maximum participation in team member engagement surveys through effective communication of implementation timeline. Ensures deadlines are met. + Motivates participation in employee wellness programs and efforts through regular interaction with colleagues, leaders, and Health Champions.
