Apply Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance principles Interpret data from inspection equipment and recommend responses Ensure gauage calibration; certification; and repeatability and reproducibility Determine locators and measuring points Verify tolerance/engineering specifications Develop dimensional/product/process control plans Define and conduct machine process capability analyses

With a focus on Welding:

Develop and manage welding techniques, materials, and technologies. Apply knowledge of welding technology; equipment controllers; and  weld gun design and evaluation techniques. Execute and verify weld processes and procedures. Implement the weld certification strategy Understand weld schedule development. Implement weld control plans and requirements.
