Candidate Profile: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented marketing professional to support the marketing efforts for an Energy vertical account. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, highly collaborative, and ready to contribute to targeted marketing initiatives. This role provides hands-on exposure to account-specific marketing and multi-channel campaign execution, offering a great foundation for growth within the field.

Key Responsibilities: 

Execute Targeted Marketing Strategies – Assist in planning and implementing initiatives tailored to the account's business objectives.Develop Account Insights – Research market trends, key stakeholders, and opportunities to refine marketing efforts.Create Engaging Content & Messaging – Support the development of relevant materials for campaigns, including ads, emails, and digital assets.Manage Multi-Channel Engagement – Contribute to outreach via email, digital advertising, events, and direct customer interactions.Analyze & Optimize Marketing Performance – Track campaign results, interpret data-driven insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.Support Thought Leadership Initiatives – Assist in writing articles, blogs, and coordinating speaking engagements and customer testimonials.Develop Marketing Collateral – Create impactful assets such as brochures, whitepapers, case studies, interactive presentations, and videos.Assist in Industry Events & Campaigns – Help execute roadshows, webinars, and integrated campaigns, including booth creatives and social media promotion.Collaborate Across Teams – Work with marketing, sales, and vertical business unit leaders to align efforts and build yearly marketing plans.Provide Operational Support – Assist with administrative tasks, customer visits, meeting coordination, and ongoing marketing program execution.

Work Experience

Skills and Qualifications: 

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. Strong interest in B2B marketing and account-based strategies. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Analytical mindset with a willingness to interpret marketing data. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
