Responsibilities include:
+ Monitoring and directing program communications
+ Assisting clients with application intake process as needed and accurately determining client eligibility per program requirements
+ Performing data entry, preparing and maintaining client files, waiting lists and referral files
+ Maintaining material and equipment inventories, and processing program procurement and purchasing
THIS POSITION HAS A PENDING HIRE.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates degree in business administration or related field preferred; 5 years of relevant experience in office administration, including general clerical duties and inventory control; computer skills, including database, spreadsheet and word processing; valid New York State driver’s license. Pay Range Guide:
+ Standard Start Rate - education and experience meet job requirements
+ Advanced Start Rate - education and experience exceed job requirements (subject to approval)
