As the motivated Energy Procurement Analyst Intern to join our Global Energy & Renewable Procurement team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in energy procurement analytics while developing reporting tools using Power BI.

This includes activities such as, but not limited to, partnering with the procurement team to support their objectives, assist with building reporting tools, consolidate all business needs and specification.

Main responsibilities:

Design and build interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to visualize energy procurement analyticsAssist in collecting and analyzing energy data (volumes, costs, technical information) across global facilitiesSupport scenario modelling for renewable energy procurement decisions (Especially for Power Purchase Agreements)Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirementsHelp track KPIs related to energy procurement and sustainability goalsConduct root cause analysis and apply problem-solving approachesAct as a change agent and be force of proposals to make things and projects happen

About you

Experience:

Min. 35–40-hour availability/week

Soft skills:

Results oriented with strong analytical, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, notably on large data setsProficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPointPower BI skills (use and development)Interest in energy markets, sustainability and procurementFlexible, curious, receptive, resourceful, creative, and results orientedCommunication skills: Assertiveness, ability to convince/influence others and excellent presentation skillsAble to quickly assimilate new information/skillsReadily adapts to new environment, processes, ways of workingTeam player with excellent interpersonal sensitivityRole model in compliance and ethics

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering or Business or another relevant field

Languages:

Excellent command of both written and spoken English required (other language, as French, is a plus)
