We are seeking a talented individual to join our Energy & Power team at Marsh Philippines. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
You will be working closely with regional and local Asian E&P, advisory, and engineering teams, contributing to sales growth and strategic initiatives within the regional E&P business.
We will count on you to:
Collaborate with regional and local teams to learn and understand Marsh’s E&P solutions and internal stakeholders across Asia and globally.Analyze and conceptualize information to prepare compelling proposals for clients.Identify key decision-makers, account needs, and underlying risks to determine the most suitable services, products, and solutions to meet client business objectives.Extract critical business insights from various E&P databases (Power BI skill is an advantage; willingness to learn the platform is critical).Develop complex sales presentations and support the design, development, and marketing of new E&P products.Conduct thorough due diligence, leveraging various resources to stay informed about market conditions and client needs, and assist in developing effective sales materials.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and develop insights.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Willingness to learn new platforms, particularly Power BI, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
