This role will be responsible for developing business cases and ROI (return of investments) calculations for energy optimization initiatives while also serving as a line manager for a team delivering FM (Facilities Management) small, medium projects and extra works.. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in energy optimization, savings programs, and project management, with proven leadership experience in managing teams. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Energy Optimization & Business Case Development • Identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency and savings opportunities across our facilities. • Develop and present business cases and ROI calculations to support energy optimization initiatives. • Analyze energy consumption data and trends to drive strategic decision-making. • Collaborate with stakeholders to align energy efficiency programs with overall business objectives. • Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in energy management. **Project & Line Management** • Ensuring timely and cost-effective execution. • Oversee the planning, budgeting, and execution of energy-related projects. • Provide leadership, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members. • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all projects. • Ensure adherence to internal project management processes and procedures, maintaining consistency and efficiency in project execution. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
