In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Engage directly with customers during pre-sales and post-sales phases Leverage your technical knowledge to connect our technical capabilities to specific markets prioritized by the business lines through proactive demand generation activities.Create, customize, and present Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to demonstrate our solutions and highlight our value proposition for specific customer scenarios.
Develop compelling technical content (whitepapers, application notes, recordings, etc.).
Define and architect market solutions for reference architectures and demos that can be broadly applicable and leveraged for market or customer-specific applications.
Collaborate with Marketing to create impactful collateral (PowerPoints, one-pagers, architecture and workflow diagrams).
Contribute to webinars, workshops, trainings, and industry events.
Partner closely with Account Managers (AMs) and Business Managers (BMs) Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies. Share insights with the Business Lines, R&D, PBU Engineering, and Product Management teams to shape our roadmaps.
For This Role, You Will Need:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering Strong customer relationship skills to build credibility and explore untapped potential at accounts Based in Austin, TX, USA, but able to support/consult on EMEA business Familiarity with common test applications, such as embedded software test, electromechanical test, electrical functional test Familiarity with NI technology (such as PXI, DAQ, RIO, VeriStand, LabVIEW, TestStand) 5+ years of customer facing technical work Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Willingness to travel (up to 25%), both domestic and international Must be a US Citizen or Green CardholderPreferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
Experience testing Energy systems, such as turbines, energy storage, or power conversion Experience with reliability, durability, and NVH testing Experience with programable power systems (grid simulators, DC cyclers, AC loads) Experience with power system modeling and integration with test systems Knowledge of other test focus areas for energy is a bonusOur Culture & Commitment to You
