the following points are preferred
experiences in BMS algorithm development at OEM, Tier1, or battery companies. familiar with autosar architecture and model based development.bachelor degree or above in engineering.
at least 3 years of experience in BMS algorithm development, mass production project experience is preferred.
Proficiency in the principles and architecture of Battery Management Systems (BMS). Deep understanding of lithium-ion battery characteristics, equivalent circuit models, and electrochemical models. Proficient in the theoretical foundations and implementation methods of battery state estimation algorithms (SOCSOC, SOHSOH, SOPSOP), such as Kalman filters (EKF/UKF) and adaptive filters. Skilled in using MATLAB/Simulink for model building, simulation, and algorithm development. Knowledge of automotive electronics development processes (e.g., V-model development) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 26262 functional safety) is preferred. Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills. Strong learning ability and continuous innovation spirit. Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
