What we are looking for:
We are seeking a highly skilled Endur Techno-Functional Consultant with deep expertise in product modelling within OpenLink Endur to join our Trading Transformation & E2E Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring and customizing Endur to support front, middle, and back-office functions, enabling efficient and scalable trading solutions across the ETRM lifecycle. This role bridges functional business understanding with strong technical delivery, emphasizing precision in configuration and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Modelling & Endur Configuration
Configure and maintain deal templates, instruments, pricing structures, fees, delivery schedules, and settlement workflows in Endur.
Leverage JVS, Open Components, and Open JVS to customize and extend Endur functionalities.
2. Requirement Analysis & Solution Design
Engage with traders, risk managers, and back-office users to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into Endur technical configurations.
Design robust, scalable solutions that support full trade lifecycle and downstream processing.
3. System Integration & Automation
Build and maintain integrations with external systems (e.g., ERP, market data, scheduling, settlements).
Automate key processes including trade booking, reconciliation, and end-of-day reporting using scripting and batch frameworks.
4. Testing & Deployment
Develop and execute test plans (unit, system, UAT). Support go-live readiness, deployment, and post-implementation troubleshooting.
5. Reporting & Performance Optimization
Develop and manage Data Builder reports and dashboards. Optimize system performance, troubleshoot errors, and debug complex Endur workflows.
6. Stakeholder Engagement & Documentation
Act as the interface between IT and business users to ensure effective solution delivery.
Prepare detailed documentation, user guides, and provide Endur training/support as needed.
7. Continuous Improvement
Conduct regular reviews of existing product models to ensure alignment with business and regulatory needs. Identify and implement enhancements to improve system efficiency and user experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
Technical Skills:
Proven hands-on experience with Open Link Endur (v19–v25).
Strong expertise in TPM, product modelling, and trade lifecycle configurations.
Advanced scripting using JVS, AVS, Open JVS, and Open Components.
Integration experience using Endur APIs, SQL (Oracle/SQL Server), and batch frameworks.
Familiarity with version control tools like Git and scheduling tools such as OpCon or OpenLink Batch Framework.
Functional/Domain Expertise
Strong understanding of the ETRM/CTRM domain across power, gas, and other commodities.
Knowledge of front-office, risk, and back-office processes and financial instruments.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management abilities.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related technical/financial field.
5+ years of experience in ETRM implementations with a focus on Endur product modelling.
Demonstrated experience working in cross-regional trading environments and fast-paced project teams.
