Based in Cluj Napoca, this associated analyst role is key within Emerson IT Infrastructure, for ensuring all mobility requests, incidents and project activities within region are optimally handled.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Ensuring cost-efficient management of mobile devices and plans across the operating environment enterprise-wide Onboarding new users to preferred vendors, plans, and devices per Emerson regional standards, Offboarding exiting users from plans & devices Handling requests for Device Upgrades, replacements, and Loaner Devices, maintaining inventory Performing routine auditing of account plans against established Emerson standards Adjusting pooling plans, international plans, etc to avoid overages and minimize mobile costs to Emerson Continuously improve procedures, policies, and practices Using tools and processes to identify trends in mobile usage and spend; analyzes trends and suggests adjustments to vendor plans designed to reduce mobile spend and prevent them from increasing Ensuring that the vendor portals are available to meet customer needs; raises any service issues to appropriate teams
    Who You Are:
You gain insight into customer needs. You research initiatives, try new approaches and you provide timely and helpful information to individuals across the organization.     For This Role, You Will Need: 0-3 years of related experience in IT or Finance  Must be proficient in business English (speaking and writing) Strong organization and collaboration skills
