Join our dynamic Digital Workplace team as an Endpoint Management Expert, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping enterprise-wide end-user device strategies for a leading organization in the technology sector. This is your opportunity to leverage your technical expertise in endpoint technologies and contribute to the modernization of the digital workplace while working in the vibrant city of Brussels, Belgium. Role Overview Propose, maintain and develop enterprise-grade end-point management solutions using Microsoft Intune, Configuration Manager (SCCM) and Autopilot. Define and enforce standards for device provisioning, compliance, and lifecycle management. Recommend, design and implement modern workplace strategies to ensure a transition to zero trust and secure-by-design principles. Contribute to the development of the Digital Workplace modernization roadmap, including feasibility assessments and phased implementations. Coordinate with our Identity and Access management team to implement endpoint strategies. Support mobility and virtualization solutions (e.g., Windows 365 and AVD) to enable flexible work environments. Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure seamless integration and compliance. Automate device management tasks using scripting (e.g., PowerShell). Translate business needs into scalable, secure, and user-centric technical solutions. Monitor and analyze device health, performance, and user experience metrics to drive continuous improvement. Skills & Qualifications Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in enterprise endpoint management and architecture. Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. Strong understanding of identity and access management, mobility solutions, virtualization platforms, and endpoint security. Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and other endpoint security tools. Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. Education & Experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred. Certifications: MS-102 (Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Expert) and SC-900 (Microsoft Certified: Security, Compliance and Identity) are advantageous. Experience: Minimum 5 years in enterprise endpoint management and architecture.
