About River Landing Ambulatory Surgery Center + The River Landing Surgery Center at the Ambulatory Care Center will open summer 2024. As an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), it will focus on providing same-day surgical care to patients with added convenience. ASCs have a strong track record of quality care and positive patient outcomes. About The Career: + The Endoscopy technician assists with delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of an RN and/or physicians in Endoscopy. The technician has the responsibility to assist with the assessment of patient needs and follows through with the designated plan of action. Additionally, the Endoscopy Tech is responsible for the care, handling and processing of endoscopy procedural equipment and turnover of the procedure room(s). All About You : + Basic understanding of practices and concepts related to endoscopy procedures. + High school diploma or equivalent required. CFER desired. + Basic understanding of practices and concepts related to endoscopy procedures. + High school diploma or equivalent required + The ability to make appropriate decisions based on fact and knowledge is required. The ability to perform detailed work required. The ability to work harmoniously with employees required. Must demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality and show good judgment. The ability to make decisions under pressure and deadlines required.
