Responsibilities The Endoscopy Tech Lead is responsible for providing advanced technical support and oversight within the Endoscopy unit, ensuring high-quality, safe, and efficient care. This leadership role supports the day-to-day coordination of endoscopy procedures, inventory management, equipment maintenance, staff education, and compliance with safety and infection control standards. The lead serves as a clinical resource, liaison between staff and leadership, and key contributor to performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications Job Requirements: High school diploma or GED required or graduation from an accredited Surgical Technician course or equivalent Preferred Certified Surgical Tech Current BLS certification required Previous Endoscopy experience required
