Cleveland Clinic
Join Cleveland Clinic Avon Hospital and experience world-class healthcare at its best. Avon Hospital provides state-of-the-art healthcare to all its patients and is a proud Magnet Hospital awarded by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. This designation is the highest honor an organization can receive for professional nursing practice.
Avon Hospital has 6 operating rooms that provide a range of surgical services in orthopaedics, general surgery, plastic surgery, podiatry, gynecology, urology, minimally invasive spine, pain management, and more. As an RN in Endoscopy, you will deliver exceptional care, throughout the patient care journey. In this role, you will interact directly with patients and their families, offering the opportunity to enhance their experience and provide healthcare education as needed.
Caregivers during orientation will be exposed to both day and off shift rotations. Caregivers may choose to pick shifts that will work within their schedule. We do ask caregivers to target off shift, weekends and holidays as able. We are able to allow caregivers to choose shift availability, as long as they meet the minimum requirements for the position during the scheduling period.
