End - User Support Associate

**Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system.
+ Work extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards.
+ Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests.
+ Participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution.
+ Provide basic phone support and support of mobile devices.
+ Perform other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Computer Science
+ 1 year IT related experience required

**Shift Hours:** **8am - 4:30pm**
**Weekend Work:** **Occasional**
