End - User Support Associate

With the support of more than 30,000 team members, we promote a forward-thinking philosophy that’s built on a foundation of trust, dignity, respect, responsibility and clinical excellence. **Responsibilities:** + Responsible for providing direct service and support to the users for a wide variety of computing devices and peripherals within the BayCare system. + Work extensively with the incident management system and is responsible for fulfilling end user requests and resolving issues on computing devices in accordance with established SLAs and IS/Field Services procedural standards. + Typical responsibilities involve moves, adds, and changes for computer devices and responding to break/fix service requests. + Participate in IS related projects as directed and to assist with technology refresh, inventory management, system imaging/staging, and materials distribution. + Provide basic phone support and support of mobile devices. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Minimum Qualifications:** + Required - High School or Equivalent; Preferred - Associates - Computer Science + 1 year IT related experience required **Location:** Winter Haven, FL **Status:** **Full Time, Exempt: No** **Shift Hours:** **8am - 4:30pm** **Weekend Work:** **Occasional** **On Call:** **No** **How often will this team member be working remotely?** Never Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled **Position** End - User Support Associate **Location** Winter Haven:Winter Haven | Business and Administrative | Full Time **Req ID** 109101
