End User Services Specialist

London, with potential onsite or shift/on-call support as required

We’re seeking a proactive and technically skilled End User Services Specialist to join our IT team in London. In this hands-on role, you'll provide high-quality support to employees, manage end-user devices, resolve IT issues, and drive continuous improvement across our technology services.

The Role:

Provide Level 1 & 2 support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals. Manage the full hardware lifecycle – from procurement to secure disposal. Support incidents, service requests, and critical IT issues, ensuring timely resolution. Install and troubleshoot software (Microsoft 365, security tools, remote access, etc.). Maintain asset inventory and ensure compliance with standards. Deliver on-site and walk-in support through Tech Bars and floor walks. Support collaboration tools and meeting room tech (Zoom, Teams, Webex). Identify automation opportunities and contribute to service improvements. Maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and operational reports. Handle IT onboarding/offboarding and user access provisioning. Promote IT best practices and digital adoption among employees.

What You’ll Bring:

Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in End User Support, IT Helpdesk, or similar roles. Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, AD, Intune/SCCM. Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools. Working understanding of ITIL processes. Excellent customer service, troubleshooting, and communication skills. Experience supporting A/V tech and collaboration platforms.

Preferred Certifications:

ITIL Foundation Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CompTIA A+ / Network+ Scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are a plus
