We’re looking for a proactive and skilled End User Services (EUS) Specialist to deliver high-quality IT support across our organization onsite in Zurich. You’ll be the go-to expert for end-user technology, managing devices, resolving incidents, supporting collaboration tools, and ensuring our people remain productive. The Role:

Provide onsite Level 1 & 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and peripherals Manage the full lifecycle of end-user devices (procurement, provisioning, upgrades, secure disposal) Deliver VIP and walk-in “Tech Bar” support - onsite Resolve incidents and service requests within SLA, including critical issues Support Microsoft 365, endpoint security, collaboration tools (Teams, Zoom, Webex), and VPN Collaborate with IT teams to improve processes, identify automation opportunities, and ensure compliance Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, user accounts, and access requests Drive continuous improvement and track user satisfaction

 

What you will bring:

Minimum of 4 years’ experience in End User Computing, Desktop Support, or IT Helpdesk onsite Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy) Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.) Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills

 

Preferred Certifications

ITIL Foundation Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate CompTIA A+ / Network+ Scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python) is a plus
