End User Services (EUS) Specialist

We’re looking for a proactive End User Services Specialist to join our CIS Practice in London! If you love solving problems, providing outstanding IT support, and keeping technology running smoothly for users, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
Deliver hands-on Level 1 & 2 support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and more. Manage the full device lifecycle from setup to upgrades to secure disposal. Respond quickly to incidents, service requests, and VIP support needs. Troubleshoot software (Microsoft 365, VPN, security tools) and support A/V meetings (Zoom, Teams, Webex). Maintain IT asset inventory and update knowledge bases and support documentation. Drive improvements by suggesting automation and service enhancements. Help onboard/offboard employees, manage access requests, and ensure security compliance. Operate Tech Bars and walk-in support centers to engage with users and boost satisfaction.
What you’ll bring:
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in Desktop Support, IT Helpdesk, or End User Computing roles. Strong hands-on skills with Windows 10/11, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune/SCCM. Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Remedy) and ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change). Good knowledge of endpoint security, remote troubleshooting, and basic networking concepts. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a focus on user experience.
Nice to have:
ITIL Foundation, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft certifications. Experience with scripting (PowerShell, Python) or automation tools.
