We have a fantastic opportunity to join the bank as an End User Experience Analyst. This role resides within the Santander IT, Product Management function and comprises of a team of 6 who are responsible for the Santander EUT Products, Business Engagement and User Experience.
Here you’ll have an in-depth understanding of how the business interacts with Santander IT Technology and to continually seek ways to improve these journeys. You’ll be responsible for engaging the business across 6 core business domains and establishing effective working relationships. From these engagements you’ll begin to build a deeper understanding of the business requirements of each domain and areas for improvement, whilst working closely with your Product Specialist colleagues, communicating, investigating and implementing changes to EUT Technology.
You’ll harness your experience in building working relationships and experience of stakeholder management and will be a single point of contact between the business and Santander IT, communicating effectively between technical and non-technical teams.

Experience in shaping UX Strategy, ensuring that research is a key driver of improvementsWorkshop facilitation and proactively sharing new methods, trends and developments in UX research, with experience in a variety of qualitative and quantitative research methodsExperience in performing discovery, concept validation and evaluative research (e.g., 1:1 interviews, prototype testing, usability, surveys) in an agile way, whilst influencing the product roadmap that drives business impactDevelop and maintain user personas and journey maps to help align cross-functional teams to make data-driven decisionsAble to communicate research insights and illustrate suggestions in compelling and creative ways; tailoring insights to suit the audience, with varying levels of detail and complexity as appropriate/requiredExperience managing and updating several key project deliverables, including the project and programme plan (at multiple levels), workstream plans, objectives, milestones, risks and issues, status reporting, and governanceIt would also be nice for you to have:

This is a permanent role based in our Unity Place office, Milton Keynes.
On call support will be one week at a time, you’ll received a standby allowance even if you are not called and overtime when contacted to provide support.

To support this, we offer site-based contracts with a hybrid working pattern and our expected level of attendance in an office is at least 12 days per month (pro-rata for part-time roles).
