RingCentral is looking for a driven and highly organized Enablement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be instrumental in empowering our employees, particularly our Account Executives, through impactful training and development initiatives. You'll leverage your expertise in training, process improvement, and content creation to ensure our teams have the knowledge and skills needed to succeed.
Design and Deliver Training Programs: Develop and facilitate engaging training sessions for new hires and existing Account Executives, covering product knowledge, sales methodologies, and company processes. This includes working closely with internal stakeholders to understand their needs.
Content Development: Create comprehensive training modules, course content, and enablement materials that are clear, concise, and aligned with our business objectives.
Process Improvement: Analyze existing internal processes and identify opportunities for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency within RingCentral.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with various internal departments to understand their enablement needs, gather feedback, and ensure alignment on shared goals, fostering a collaborative environment.
Reporting and Analysis: Extract and analyze internal training data to generate comprehensive reports, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of our enablement programs.
Maintain Compliance: Ensure all training materials and processes adhere to relevant internal compliance standards and company policies.
Leverage Technology: Utilize and manage our internal Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Mission Control, as well as conversational tools like InContact and Connect & Sell, to deliver and track training.
Utilize AI Tools: Explore and leverage AI software like Gong to enhance training effectiveness and provide valuable insights into our internal operations.
To succeed in this role you must have the following:
1-3 years of related Training Enablement experience,in any industry
With experience in training/facilitation,program or course content development, stakeholder communication and compliance.
Strong business acumen

Training & Facilitation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in training, facilitation, and delivering engaging presentations to internal audiences.
Content Development: Strong background in program or course content development, with an understanding of our internal systems and information.
Process Acumen: Experience in process analysis and improvement, with a focus on optimizing internal workflows.
Reporting Skills: Proficient in extracting and creating comprehensive training reports from internal data.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex ideas and connect with diverse internal stakeholders.
Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively across functions and collaborate with peers to achieve shared goals within RingCentral.
Customer Focus: High degree of judgment and discretion in managing employee concerns, coupled with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks within our internal structure.
Integrity: Possess a high degree of confidentiality in handling sensitive and privileged information, a value we uphold at RingCentral.
Analytical Skills: Solid proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel), mail merge, and Google Docs. Highly detail-oriented and organized in managing internal data.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with other departments and teams within RingCentral.
Tools Familiarity: Experience using/managing LMS tools (e.g., Highspot, Skillshood) that we utilize. Familiarity with conversational tools (e.g., InContact, Connect & Sell) is a plus. Experience using AI software (e.g., Gong) is helpful.
Work Schedule: Willingness to work a night shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
Work Setup: Ability to work in a hybrid setup (10-11 days in office per month, Cubao or Ortigas).
