Enablement Services - Product Senior Associate

As a **Senior Product Associate** within the **Acquisition and Enablement Platform** team, you will contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Your contributions inspire cross-functional teams to create groundbreaking solutions that address customer needs. **Job responsibilities** + Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery + Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience + Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers + Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle + Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development + Establish and manage Product backlog for the Automation Platform Feature team and drive feature enhancements and modernization work from inception to production + Strengthen Stakeholder partnerships; engineering, architecture, analytics, automation team and a diverse set of product teams to understand their needs and program goals + Effectively and consistently communicate Product vision with stakeholders, articulate key questions and answers needed to build the right features + Cultivate deep curiosity about the digital experience space and connect that curiosity and knowledge to the teams that can effect change + Be curious and accurately define the problems: Identify our platform's role in the Chase ecosystem and the technologies needed to achieve key objectives **Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area + Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle + Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition + Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy + Experience as a technical product manager with a strong background in managing technical platforms and data-focused capabilities, with knowledge of technologies like Automation test suite, UI, API, Microservices, Kafka, AWS, etc. Prior software development experience is required + Customer-obsessed with the ability to build strong relationships with engineers and technical partners, translating customer needs into clear business requirements + Proven experience leading teams through discovery, requirements gathering, and backlog creation + Ability to convert insights and data into measurable, scalable features and deliverables + Skilled in driving change through influence and collaboration in a dynamic matrix organization, with strong partnership and consulting skills **Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills** + AWS Certifications and deep understanding of APIs, transactional data, and service-as-a-product framework + Experience in financial services, acquisition, digital products, and online/mobile platforms + Ability to prioritize a large workload, manage meetings, team dynamics, and discovery processes + Skilled in communicating with diverse stakeholders, including senior leadership, to maintain productive discussions Chase is a leading financial services firm, helping nearly half of America's households and small businesses achieve their financial goals through a broad range of financial products.
