EN E-Commerce Merchandising Manager
Job Title: EN E-Commerce Merchandising Manager Job Description To significantly grow our EMEA DTC brands through the brands’ websites: achieving sustainable ambitious growth and profitability targets, whilst jointly delivering a powerful best-in-class brand-experience through product & site merchandising, systems expertise and on-site SEO to an expanding consumer base. **Responsibilities** + Contribute to the delivery of annual ecommerce revenue and profitability + Ensure an excellent brand experience through impactful merchandising across the EMEA DTC stores to maximize sales opportunities by season/month + Plan, build and release seasonal content and products plus any functional enhancements + Constantly review and suggest ways of improving KPIs including site traffic, conversion rate, site speed, etc. + Ensure a strong on page SEO approach + Own the optimisation of merchandising in line with product priorities and strategy + Implement and manage promotional and pricing programs including end of season sales and GWP + Own and deliver a strong customer journey/UX in line with overall brand strategy + Constantly review the site to ensure accuracy of all displayed content + Improve site performance through test-and-learn activities & a/b testing. + Work with the Brand & Digital Marketing team to ensure the look and feel of the website delivers a powerful & premium brand experience + Undertake periodic competitor analysis and report on findings + Ensure we are always optimising the customer journey and fixing pain points highlighted by other DTC team members + Manage the ongoing development of the site by creating tickets and liaising with the in-house development team on solutions. + Ownership of certain software with the aim of becoming an SME in that area e.g.: on site search, translations etc. + Manage and implement content updates and functional releases to drive improved commercial performance + Regular liaison with web customer services to ensure any feedback/learnings are implemented on site. ​ **Experience/Technical Skills** + Bachelor degree or equivalent + 2 to 4 years’ experience in Ecommerce + Experience with managing platforms like Magento and working with external Ecommerce tech partners + Ability to think strategically and build roadmaps + Ability to be Subject Matter Expert (SME) on certain technical areas of the business + Fluency in English C1 **Competencies** + Problem Solving & Decision Making + Organizing & Planning + Customer Orientation + Initiative + Result Orientation Location: BGR Sofia - Advance Business Center Language Requirements: Time Type: Full time **If you are a California resident, by submitting your information, you acknowledge that you have read and have access to the Job Applicant Privacy Notice for California Residents (https://www.concentrix.com/resource/job-applicant-privacy-notice-for-california-residents/)**
