Job Description:

EMT-Ambulance Service

   Preforms ambulance transportation services & patient care within the scope of practice for EMT-B   Thoroughly completes all required documentation for each patient encounter    Assists Paramedic with patient care as requiredProvides care appropriate to the emergency population and maintains environment of careAssists nursing staff in triageParticipates in continuing education classes

Minimum Education, Training, and Experience Required

 High School Diploma or GED EMT-B or EMT certification through the Kentucky Board of EMS BLS (AHA required CPR certification)
