Job Summary
The Physician Liaison I supports hospital initiatives by fostering relationships with providers, aligning market strategies, and driving service line growth. This role collaborates with hospital leadership, service line teams, and outreach staff to enhance access to care, promote provider engagement, and address barriers to satisfaction. Through strategic outreach and data-driven insights, the Physician Liaison contributes to achieving organizational growth objectives and improving the overall healthcare delivery experience.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field required Master's Degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration preferred 3-5 years of experience in healthcare outreach, provider relations, or business development required 1-3 years of healthcare sales experience requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities
Strong knowledge of provider relations, healthcare outreach, and service line development. Analytical skills to interpret data, track KPIs, and identify actionable opportunities for growth. Effective communication and relationship-building skills to engage providers and collaborate with hospital leadership. Proficiency in Provider Relationship Management (PRM) systems or similar tools for documentation and reporting. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing organizational needs.
