Logan Health and Billings Clinic are seeking a passionate and dynamic EMS Customer Relations Coordinator to champion our air and ground ambulance services across Montana. In this high-impact, system-level role, you’ll combine relationship-building, marketing, and outreach to ensure our emergency medical services are top of mind for referring agencies and community partners.

Work Location & Travel Expectations
This is a remote position based in Montana. While your home office may be wherever you’re located in-state, this role is primarily on the road. Regular travel across Montana is required to engage with referring agencies, hospitals, EMS partners, and community organizations. You will serve as a visible and trusted representative of both Logan Health and Billings Clinic EMS services in communities large and small.
Travel is a core component of this role — candidates must be comfortable with frequent day trips and occasional overnight stays across the region.
What We’re Looking For:
Education/Experience:
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred.
• One (1) year of marketing, communications, or healthcare industry experience preferred.
Skills:
• Strong writing, editing, and presentation abilities.
• Creative, collaborative, and motivated self-starter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Adobe Creative Suite preferred.
Additional Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the service region.
• Passion for service excellence and building community connections.
What You’ll Do:
• Implement strategic marketing and outreach initiatives for both air and ground ambulance services.
• Develop trusted relationships with referring facilities, EMS leaders, and community partners.
• Deliver impactful education sessions and represent the EMS program at internal and external events.
• Collaborate with clinical quality teams to align messaging with patient care goals.
• Track success through metrics and continuously improve community engagement strategies.
• Organize and participate in community and fundraising events to promote the EMS program and its values.

Schedule:Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
