Job Title: Employment Solicitor - 12-Month FTC Contract Length: 12 Months with potential of it going permanent Location: Birmingham– 2 days in office and 3 days working from home Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum - Depending upon experience (Up to 4 years PQE)
Key responsibilities of an Employment Solicitor - 12-Month FTC:
Managing Employment Tribunal claims for Respondents, including drafting, hearings prep, and advocacy where appropriate Advising on employment status, working arrangements, and TUPE transfers Supporting clients with employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, whistleblowing, and discrimination Advising on reorganisations, redundancies, and settlement agreements Building strong relationships with clients who are making a difference Drafting and advise on contracts, HR policies, and proceduresEssential Skills & Experience:
From NQ to 4 years PQE Strong technical knowledge of employment law (both contentious and non-contentious) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Proactive, solutions-focused approachWhat’s next:
