Job Description

Manage employment law cases from intake through resolution Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and legal memoranda Conduct and defend depositions, attend mediations, arbitrations, and court hearings Provide counsel to clients on compliance with state and federal employment laws Handle cases involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and retaliation claims Collaborate with colleagues while independently managing your own caseload Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and courts

Qualifications

Active NJ Bar license required Minimum 2 years of employment law experience Strong knowledge of federal and NJ employment statutes (e.g., Title VII, ADA, FMLA, NJLAD, CEPA) Litigation and courtroom experience preferred Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple matters efficiently in a fast-paced environment
