Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Employment Brand Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will collaborate to build and enhance our employer brand, creating engaging content and experiences that resonate with top talent. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative strategies across social media platforms, driving candidate engagement, and delivering exceptional brand storytelling. Additionally, you will lead the planning and execution of candidate relationship management (CRM) communications to ensure an engaging and personalized candidate experience. Basic web page design will be essential to create and update branded landing pages and content hubs.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage content for employer brand campaigns across social media and digital channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture employee stories and amplify the company's culture.Basic knowledge of web design principles and experience.Produce multimedia content, including videos, graphics, and written materials.Ensure a seamless and compelling candidate experience through UX insights and storytelling.Plan and execute CRM communication campaigns that nurture candidate relationships through targeted messaging.Analyze the performance of branding and CRM campaigns and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.Stay up-to-date on social media and talent acquisition trends, experimenting with new formats and platforms.Partner with Global TA Leaders (US/Asia/EMEA/LATAM) and Job Site vendors to assure the best ROI on platformsCollaborate with Lenovo Brand, Internal Comms, Culture and Social Media teams to ensure alignment and find engagement opportunities

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, comms, journalism, graphic design, digital media, UX, or Business.0-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, employer branding, or a related field.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.Strong experience with social media platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.Basic video production and editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or CapCut).Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Beamery, Avature is preferred) for candidate communication.Understanding of user experience (UX) principles and visual design.Ability to think creatively and strategically to deliver standout brand experiences.Strong collaboration and project management skills.Abilty to work on site at Lenovo Corporate Office, Morrisville NC on 3:2 hybrid schedule (3 days in office, two flex)

Bonus Skills:

Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Sprinkler) to track campaign success and team engagement.Exposure to employer brand strategy or recruitment marketing.Photography, graphic design, or motion graphics experience.
