We are looking for Employer Branding Project Lead. This role will be a key member of the Talent Acquisition team, responsible for orchestrating Siemens employer branding development, ensuring Siemens is perceived as an employer of choice, and effectively delivering the EVP (Employer Value Proposition) to external candidates and people at Siemens. This role will also serve as a crucial bridge between the China and Global Talent Acquisition teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication.
You'll make an impact by
Execute and localize Siemens’ core Employee Value Proposition and Employer Brand across markets and businesses by emphasizing the right messages to the right talent audiences. Act as a liaison between the China and Global TA teams, facilitating the exchange of strategy, best practices, insights, and strategic alignment. Lead the development and rollout of both global and regional employer branding initiatives—from initial concept through tactical execution and measurement—ensuring alignment with Siemens’ broader talent objectives and business goals. Define clear objectives, metrics (e.g., cost-per-hire, engagement, time-to-hire), and success indicators for brand initiatives in line with strategic KPIs. Develop the strategy, key messages, and roadmap for Siemens China Employer Branding. Interface with Corporate Communications to align the overall communication roadmap to gain synergy. Interact with businesses and P&O BPs to collect demand and feedback and jointly develop employer branding assets. Build connections with external stakeholders and ecosystem partners to effectively leverage different resources. Create tangible contents via effective channels which are relevant to the target audience, such as WeChat, RedNote and more. Strengthen communication of local EB events to increase visibility globally. Provide strong, proactive support to P&O talent acquisition activities, especially towards external target audiences, including recruiting marketing and university relations initiatives. Share and coordinate within the P&O community and provide recommendations on information flow mechanisms and media formats for ongoing employer branding.Your defining qualities
University degree. Communications or media-related majors are preferred. 5 years+ experience in corporate communications, marketing, employer branding, advertising, press, social media, or an equivalent combination. Excellent writing and oral communication skills. Professional in external branding campaign and project management, e.g., timeline and cost management, vendor management. Proven successful experience from planning to execution for branding / marketing events. Experience in intelligent manufacturing, digital company brand marketing, and innovation development is a plus.The skills you are expected to have:
