Sitting In the Global Employer Brand & Talent Attraction core team this role will partner with the Markets & Channels Talent Acquisition team to continue the activation of the 2025 plan, review effectiveness and shape the 2026 strategy. As a Talent Attraction expert, you’ll bring your experience to build, activate and measure the impact of the employer brand, talent attractions strategies (inc. channel and paid media) at the LEGO Group. _*Please note that no relocation support is offered for this position*_ **Core Responsibilities** + Partner with the wider Employer Brand and Talent Attraction team to continue embedding our employer brand across key digital platforms, and further develop our brand awareness strategy + Use data and insights to shape Talent Attraction strategy and audience segmentation using insights and research intelligence including content, channel and paid media for 2025 and beyond + Support the design and delivery of recruitment campaigns in partnership with Markets & Channels colleagues within agreed budgets and timeframes + Connect data points to optimise media and channel performance to maximise budget spend + Drive development of our _LIVE: Behind the Bricks_ brand awareness initiative + Using our CMS platform (Contentstack) for Careers site page builds and article creation for Markets & Channels **Play your part in our team succeeding** The LEGO Group Talent Acquisition Excellence & Attraction team is looking for an expert Employer Brand & Talent Attraction Manager to join the team. In this role, you will work in partnership with business leaders, Regional Talent teams including Recruiters, Sourcing and Communication teams to create and bring to life impactful talent attraction plans. **Do you have what it takes?** + Experience in a Talent Attraction/ Employer Brand and/or Marketing role with experience in leading content creation and campaigns + Proven track record of campaign management, audience segmentation and performance media (specifically LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Social Media) + Ability to work at strategic and operational levels e.g. conceptualising talent marketing strategy through to delivery of campaigns + Analytical with the ability to work with data and use market intelligence and market trends to provide insights in order to make informed decisions + Experience across multiple regions or in a global role supporting a retail organisation would be a plus + Proficiency in tools such as Canva, SeenIt, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc. would be advantageous Advanced English both written and verbal would be ideal as we are an internationally gathered team. **\#LI-JB1** Applications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
