BAT Digital Business Solution has an exciting opportunity for an Employee Services Specialist in Subang Jaya.
The role entails managing Tier 1 and Tier 2 employee service requests forwarded by the CoE or Business HR, and addressing complex employee queries pertaining to employee administration. This involves leveraging expertise in employee services to ensure all administrative processes align with BAT’s business strategy and resource requirements.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Employee Services resource is accountable for ensuring that relevant processes are delivered effectively and always provides excellent Customer services, ensure all key results are achieved for Employee Services scopeIs expected to carry out Employee Services requests sent by the business as well as answers employee queriesProvides Employee Services related expertise, ensuring that all administration processes are conducted and aligned to BAT’s business strategy and resourcing needsWorks closely with HRBPs and CoEs to deliver HR strategy, processes, and ad hoc project support assigned by Line Manager and Operation LeadUses HR procedures and guidance available to them to administer the processing of data changes, entry, and workflow within technology solutionsMonitors own performance against service standards to ensure that support and services are provided in line with established SLAs & measurablesMaintains data configuration ensuring employee data sync between SuccessFactors and other HR systemsEnsures the confidentiality of personnel records in close coordination with HR technology lead and ensures that the appropriate security is in place for accessing HR dataDelivers the regular reconciliation of HR dataAbility to improve specialist services and processes and manage appropriatelyDelivers data management services to meet established targets through continuous evaluation, quality assurance and focused improvement effortsWhat are we looking for?
Minimum degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent At least 1-2 years of working experience in Employee Services Attention to details and ability to produce accurate workGood knowledge in Microsoft ExcelExperiences with SuccessFactors is an added advantageStrong work ethic with a positive attitude and good analytical skillsStrong customer service mind set with good communication and excellent problem-solving skillsPossesses high degree of professionalism, patient, and grace in servicing clientsResourceful, proactive, attentive to details and a good team playerBENEFICIAL
